• Day 1: UK - Havana Arrival at Havana s International Airport and transfer to your hotel. Overnight accommodation at Aparthotel Montehabana on BB basis.

• Day 2: Havana After breakfast, your first Salsa lesson begins at 10:00 am. You will be introduced to this intoxicating Latin dance by a professional Cuban dance partner, and your qualified teacher, over the next couple of weeks. Afterwards, we leave for a guided tour around Havana, and we will visit the beautiful old part of the city or La Habana Vieja. Also, we stop for lunch in a typical Cuban restaurant in the city. In the evening we suggest you walk around Calle Obispo (street) and enjoy many live music shows playing different rhythms of Cuba. Overnight accommodation at Aparthotel Montehabana on BB basis.

• Day 3: Casa del Tango - DANCE! Once ready from your Salsa lessons, we go for a visit to Casa del Tango, where you will be introduced to new dance moves and styles, especially Tango. Afterwards you will go for some more Havana sightseeing in the city centre before returning to our hotel. Rest of the evening is at your own disposal. Overnight accommodation at Aparthotel Montehabana on BB basis.

• Day 4: Playas del Este, Havana beach After a 90 minute Salsa lesson in the morning, we leave for the east part of Havana to enjoy the tropical beaches located in this area. You can relax and swim in the crystal-clear waters for the rest of the day. The evening is again at your disposal. Overnight accommodation at Aparthotel Montehabana on BB basis.

• Day 5: Cabaret Parisien Salsa lessons in the morning. Use the rest of the morning and afternoon to explore Cuba on your own, or just relaxing at the hotel’s pool. In the evening you will be going to a live music show, The Cabaret Parisien, with its variety of musical performances at the hotel Nacional. Overnight accommodation at Aparthotel Montehabana on BB basis.

• Day 6: Casa de la Musica After learning new moves and steps during 90 minutes of intensive Salsa lessons, you get a chance to show what you have learnt at Casa de la Musica, all to the beats of the live Cuban music. Overnight accommodation at Aparthotel Montehabana on BB basis.

• Day 7: Patio de la Rumba The morning is at your disposal. In the afternoon, we will visit the Patio de la Rumba, the centre of the Conjunto Folklorico Nacional – a folkloristic national dance organization. Here, you will be treated to a special live show: Afro-Cuban music. The evening is at leisure, once we return to the hotel. Overnight accommodation at Aparthotel Montehabana on BB basis.

• Day 8: Trinidad Today we travel to Trinidad, a UNESCO world heritage site. On the way to Trinidad, we stop for lunch in Cienfuegos. Overnight accommodation at Las Cuevas on BB basis.

• Day 9: Casa de la Trova Today we go on a guided city tour of Trinidad. At some point during our tour, we shall reach Casa de la Trova, where we get to practice our Salsa dance moves once again. This house has a special ambience making it all more enjoyable to shake our hips to this passionate music. Dinner and overnight at Hotel Las Cuevas.

• Days 10, 11: Day free at leisure. Dinner and overnight at Hotel Las Cuevas.

• Day 12: Trinidad - Havana After breakfast, departure for Havana. Overnight accommodation at Aparthotel Montehabana on BB basis.

• Day 13: Farewell to Cuba Today is the last day of your Salsa course. Some time in the evening, we join together for a small farewell party organised to celebrate our holiday in Cuba once again.

• Day 14: Adiós Cuba! Transfer to airport in time for your flight home.

Flight information:

• Virgin Atlantic flies direct from London Gatwick to Havana on Wednesdays and Sundays.

  Air France flies out 6 times a week from most of UK airports to Havana via Paris.

  Air Europa and Iberia Airlines also fly via Madrid daily.

  Cubana Airlines flies direct from London Gatwick to Holguin and stops over for one hour before terminating at Havana International Airport. The return is an overnight flight direct from Havana, on Tuesday evening, landing at Gatwick on Wednesday morning.
